Welcome to my blog

san antonio family photography

Hi there, I'm Melody Rodriguez! I am a San Antonio native, wife, a boy mom and Christian. I started MC Photography as a hobby in 2012 and it has grown into a business that helps support my family.

As a lifestyle photographer, I love to capture beautiful, unfiltered, fun moments between you and your family. I love natural light photography and sun flares. Check out my blog that has lots of examples of my work, information about my photography packages, and tips on how to prepare for your upcoming session.

For some reason, the thought of basically being forced to stay home makes the isolation worse. So I decided today I would overcome it by shooting photos […]

The rain didn’t keep us from heading out to the Kiddie Park in San Antonio today. Although it drizzled a couple of times, the kids had a lot of fun riding the rides more than once in an almost-empty park.

This past weekend was my nephew’s Taco TWOsday birthday fiesta, and it was so fun and all the decor was so cute! We had the choice between a crunchy taco, chalupa, or taco salad. Tables were decorated with serape runners and coke bottles with fiesta flowers. My dad busted out the train he built 5 […]

Micah’s 1st birthday party was at a local San Antonio indoor party place, Wacky Kidz, and all the guests had a lot of fun, kids and adults. It was so fun for me to photograph this birthday party because I photographed Micah’s newborn photos a year ago, and I’ve gotten to know this family. Micah […]
